This dish can be whipped up in 10 minutes, served with a bowl of rice you have yourself a quick and easy dish to get you through the week.

Wok-fried scallop and mushroom with Yun Nan mushroom sauce

 

50g        Asparagus

25g        Lily bulbs

25g        Straw mushrooms

10g        Yun Nan mushroom sauce

150g       Scallop

Light Soy Sauce

Chicken Powder

 

Blanch the lily bulbs, then then stir-fry with asparagus and straw mushrooms. Remove from pan. Fry the scallop to medium in a small amount of oil. Add the Yun Nan mushroom sauce and stir all the ingredients together.
